Returns & Refunds

• Unused items in their original packaging with tags intact
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items (replaced free of cost)

For hygiene reasons, personal care items, innerwear and opened grocery products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@sasto.pk with your order number.
2. Share a photo of the item and the issue.
3. Our team confirms the return and books a free pickup where available.

Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 3–5 working days of the returned item reaching our warehouse. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is caused by an error on our side.

Prefer a different size, colour or product? Tell us at the time of the return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is collected.
