- Do you offer cash on delivery?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. Express delivery reaches Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan in 1–2 working days.
- How much is the delivery charge?
- Standard delivery is Rs. 199 and free on orders above Rs. 3,000. Express delivery is Rs. 399.
- Can I return a product?
- Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of cost.
- How do I track my order?
- Use your order number on the Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
- Are the products original?
- Every product is checked by our team before dispatch. We list the brand and specifications honestly, including for unbranded value items.
- Can I order on WhatsApp?
- Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button on any page and send us the product name — our team will place the order for you.
- Do you deliver to small cities and villages?
- Yes, our courier partners cover more than 400 cities and towns across all four provinces, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
